LOCAL DELIVERY IN NYC

Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. We deliver in the five boroughs of NYC (Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island) 

Delivery Fee's:

We offer flat-rate shipping of  $5.00 U.S. for all orders in NYC. Free delivery is available for orders over $100 

Delivery Methods:

We currently deliver 2 days a week, on Tuesday and Thursday. Estimated delivery times are as follows:  9AM-7PM EST.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the delivery information to be updated.

International Shipping:

We currently only deliver in New york City. Please continue to revisit for updates on PAIJA TEA CO. expansion. 

Address Accuracy:

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Be sure to include Apartment unit or office number where prompted and when needed. PAIJA Tea Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Delivery Issues:

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking information. PAIJA Tea Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions or peak seasons) may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
